The hotel is located on Adelaide Terrace (commercial centre) 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre on the eastern side where the shopping is. Overlooks the Swan river, a nice location.

Rooms are kept in a very good condition. Local artists' artwork adds to the individual touch of each room, which are beautifully appointed. Room key must be used in the lift to access each floor. All rooms have broadband Internet access (charges apply). Because of the building design and position, all rooms offer a good view. Beds are covered with a big soft feather duvet.
Restaurant
The Monterrey Brassiere, casual and relaxed dining. Serves an ever changing buffet, in a Californian setting. Origins - fine dining - opens Wednesday to Saturday nights only. Origins is recognised as one of the best in Perth, using local produce and adding an oriental flavour.

Lobby
Spacious Lobby. Extensive use of Italian marble and local timber. Floor to ceiling glass fins used to divide the Lobby provide an outstanding feature complementing Victorian Ash columns, with a hand painted ceiling. An array of artefacts from Asia and Aboriginal art all add to the charm.
